Problem
Tim & Gill got in touch when they confirmed they would take over a marina, restaurant and holiday accommodation on the Isle of Kerrera, Scotland. They wanted to rebrand and relaunch with a fresh look that represented their values and those of the area, while making it seamless for customers to engage with them whatever their need.
Process
We kicked things off with a number of strategy calls (and a trip to Scotland!) to make sure we were all on the same page and had a clear idea of what the new brand and website needed to deliver. We then created brand identities for the marina and restaurant, looked at their different customers and developed new user journeys for their website based on these as well as creating a seamless booking experience. We also created a number of digital and print assets to enable them to deliver a consistent message whether customers arrive via their website, social media or on a boat.
Results
Tim, Gill & the kids have launched Kerrera Marina and Waypoint restaurant with really strong branding and a new website due to go live shortly. Their energy and personalities are shining through with the brand identity and tone of voice, and customers are able to easily find what they need whether it be a boat service, a mooring or a meal at the restaurant.
